Disappointing
Positive: The room was comfortable & clean. Good vacilities and not too far from Paddington station, but...
Negative: The entry was very complicated with 3 different password locks which were difficult to use. The passage up to the room was very shabby, and up 2 flights of extremely narrow and steep stairs. Once inside the flat there was another steep and narrow staircase. This access is not suitable for people with heavy bags or cases. Due to the proximity of the railway, the property is very noisy. Overpriced.

Positive: Sehr sauber, komfortabel, tolle Ausstattung. Es gab Kaffee und Tee sowie Süßigkeiten. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Entspannungsmusik.

Positive: The room (number 3) was extremely comfortable, cosy and clean. The location was very good, the provision of ear plugs, the coffee machine and some chocolates were a good extra too.
